LONDON, UK – September 20, 2022 – Element Materials Technology (Element), a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services, has appointed Ditte Marstrand Wulf as Chief People Officer.
As Chief People Officer, Ditte will join the Operating Board, with responsibility for setting and executing the company’s global people strategy across all of Element’s geographies. Marstrand Wulf’s steadfast commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will play an instrumental role in nurturing the purpose, culture, engagement and performance of colleagues at Element.
Ditte was most recently Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Covetrus, a global animal health technology company. Ditte headed up several major transformations including M&A, divestment, business integration and enterprise change management including building a world class HR function. Ditte has spent more than 25 years in HR, leading as a trusted advisor and business partner to organizations including Microsoft, RSA and Arrow Electronics.
