• • An extensive list of proteases: Our current protease panel comprises of 67 proteases representing all major classes, including serine, cysteine, threonine, aspartyl and metalloproteases. We also offer assays for human and viral proteases, such as 3CLPro from Covid19 and other SARS variants.
• • A variety of bio-analytical protease assays: Our bio-analytical protease assays support characterization of the covalent inhibitors, compound stability/reactivity, prodrug load, and pre-clinical assessment of a protease drug efficacy in human and animal samples. 
• • Flexible test formats: We offer flexible test formats ranging from high throughput profiling and HTS to dose response studies and sophisticated mechanism of action studies. Our protease detection platforms include fluorogenic, luminogenic readouts, and microfluidic electrophoresis mobility shift technology*. 
• • Competitive pricing: We perform screening of test compounds against 67 protease panel at very competitive price on a semi-monthly basis.
• • Regular testing: The dose response, mechanism of action studies, cell-based, and bio-analytical studies are performed regularly and completed within our standard 1-2 weeks turnaround time**. All assays are performed at our state-of-the-art facility in Santa Clara, California.
