Blaine Denson is a recognized leader and ultrasonic testing expert in the non-destructive testing (NDT) field. With 15 years overall experience, 10 years as an ultrasonic inspector and 5 years as a department manager and NDT level III.

As an immersion ultrasonic specialist, Element Houston's immersion ultrasonic testing (IUT) department has been able to benefit from a leader delivering first-hand solutions, growth, and technical expertise. Blaine's expertise has helped pave the way for the future in Immersion ultrasonics, first-hand training countless ultrasonic technicians as well as helping to train and develop Element's traveling team of trainers.

Blaine has had years of experience developing testing techniques for multiple large corporations in the aerospace and oil and gas sectors. He is capable of project development and managing through his expertise within the industry. With his objectives of delivering the highest quality inspections mixed with first-class operational standards, Blaine has proven to overcome any technical, complex, or challenging problems, growing his team year after year.
