Dan Pranno joined Element in 2011 as a Test Engineer, taking on challenging programs across aerospace pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel system, and fire testing disciplines. Over more than a decade, he has built wide‑ranging expertise that now supports the development of training programs and best practices applied across laboratories.
As Technical Director, Dan focuses on strategic initiatives including horizon scanning and succession planning, ensuring Element remains equipped for future technical, operational, and industry challenges.
