Erik Fernandez has over 30 years of experience in the testing and validation of commercial, military, and aerospace products. His technical background spans environmental, thermal vacuum, dynamics, hydraulics, automotive, fire, and space simulation testing.
Throughout his career, Erik has held a variety of leadership and technical roles including Test Engineer, Department Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, and currently Senior Application Engineer for the Element Los Angeles division. In this role, he works closely with customers to understand requirements, design and configure testing solutions, provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support, and help streamline processes through feedback and collaboration.
