Currently, he is the Department Manager of Product Safety at Element Straubing in Germany. He has been in the testing business for more than 10 years. Specializing in EMC testing and electrical safety testing, he has supported manufacturers of radio equipment and electrical devices to gain market access.
Experience
- Franz started his career as an EMC testing specialist at the German EMC testing company EMV Testhaus GmbH (which was acquired by Element in 2021 and later rebranded to Element Straubing).
- Currently, he is the Department Manager of Product Safety at Element Straubing with a strong focus on electrical safety testing medical devices, audio, video and IT equipment.
