Experience
Mike's experience includes 18 years at Element Materials Technology, formerly Materials Engineering Research Laboratory (MERL). In addition to his experience in high pressure and high temperature testing of polymers, he also has 18 years experience of rubber compounding including analysis and formulation of new compounds to produce commercially viable products that adhere to specific requirements.
Mike is also involved in the production of processable low temperature cure (LTC) rubber compounds for industry.
