Commenced his professional journey at Element as a Certification Engineer, advancing through the engineering hierarchy within the organization. Phil adeptly serves as a Wireless Product Assessor for radio regulatory compliance schemes across Canada, Europe, Japan, the UK, and the US, facilitating the seamless delivery of wireless technologies across projects of varying scales. In addition, he assumes the role of a peer reviewer for Element’s advisory services group. Presently holding the position of Senior Engineer within the Product Certification and Approvals group, Phil collaborates closely with Advisory Services and Wireless Testing units in North America, Europe, and Asia, providing comprehensive support to our global staff and clientele.
