Stephen Tait has over 25 years' experience in the TIC industry, starting in the Telecoms team he progressed from engineering into a commercial role and is now the Commercial Excellence Manager for the Aerospace and Defense EMEAA business unit. He combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, ensuring business growth through effective sales management, tactical marketing, and commercial excellence initiatives.
Experience
Stephen has an extensive knowledge of telecoms-related technologies including Analogue PSTN, Digital ISDN, Broadband (VDSL2, ADSL2+, ADSL2 and ADSL), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and acoustic noise emissions.
His experience in product qualification testing has given him a depth of expertise in global requirements for products and in assisting customers with understanding their specific requirements with the aim of putting products on the market.
Steve has also been involved with the ZigBee Alliance for more than 10 years. He helps promote ZigBee to existing and new members and increase the proliferation of ZigBee devices globally.
